I know that fabric softener us supposed to be used in our washing machines, but you probably don’t know that this thing can be useful for many things, just like baking soda or distilled vinegar.

1. Eliminates Soap Scum

Showers and bathtubs tend to generate soap scum and water stains over time. If you have white or light tile, this is even more apparent. Just apply some fabric softener onto a rag and wipe onto any soap scum stains. After about 10 minutes, wipe the fabric softener off and rinse.

If you’ve ever tried to remove old wallpaper from a room, you don’t need to be told how difficult it can be. Make the job easier by mixing together a few tablespoons of fabric softener with some water. Use a sponge to dab the solution onto the wallpaper, then wait for about 10 minutes.
