Mold is a frustrating issue. If you’ve noticed some spots of mold around your house, don’t panic! If the affected area is a small one, you can get rid of it easily by yourself, but if you’re dealing with a big one, you’re maybe in the need of professional help. However, for minor mold issues, try one of these easy and simple fixes.
1. Hydrogen Peroxide
Hydrogen peroxide is a great disinfectant and antiseptic for cuts and wounds. But few are the ones who know that hydrogen peroxide can also be used to remove mold. You can simply spray some on the affected area, let sit for a few minutes, then scrub it away!
2. Baking Soda
Baking soda doesn’t only get rid of mold, but it can also deodorize the affected area. You can simply dissolve a little bit of baking soda in some water, then spray it on the mold before scrubbing and rinsing it away.
3. Dish Soap
If the affected surface is non-porous, mix a solution of warm water and liquid dish soap to remove the mold easily and fast.
