Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (more if desired)
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped (optional)
