Ingredients For Apple Cake
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1-3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 large apples, chopped
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
How To Make Apple Cake
- 1Beat oil, sugar and eggs until sugar is dissolved.
- 2Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt; add to sugar mixture.
- 3Stir in vanilla, apples and nuts.
- 4Pour into a greased and lightly floured 9X13-inch pan and for 60 minutes for 350.
