HOW TO MAKE IT :

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil pasta just until al dente and drain.
  2. Add butter to a pan and place over medium- high heat.
  3. As butter melts, add flour and salt and whisk, cooking about 2 minutes.
  4. Add milk and whisk until combined. Add cream cheese and continue to whisk until smooth.
  5. Add cheddar cheese and whisk until melted.
  6. Add garlic, paprika and fresh ground pepper.
  7. Continue cooking until sauce is thickened and smooth.
  8. Stir in drained pasta and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
  9. Top with crumbled bacon and fresh rosemary.
  10. Serve immediately.
