Spring is coming closer and closer, and we’re all waiting for it. The sun is sparkling, the birds and peeping and the flowers are rising up out of the ground. There’s a new life all over.

But unfortunately, a lot of that new life can cause a disturbance while we’re outside getting a charge out of the spring weather. If you don’t know what I’m talking about yet, it’s the annoying bugs.

There’s nothing more awful than spending some time by the lake or climb up into the mountains and being assaulted by dreadful and creepy bugs.

Since we started our natural living excursion, we stopped using traditional bug sprays. We’ve tried some natural bug sprays too, yet it’s so easy to make your own, there’s no reason to buy it.

I use three essential oils in my essential oil bug splash – eucalyptus oil, rosemary oil and lemon oil. Every one of them has magnificent properties for keeping the bugs under control.

Eucalyptus essential oil is a natural bug spray that is incredible for repulsing mosquitoes and other gnawing bugs. If you have spring allergies, it has the additional advantage of assisting with depleting your sinuses while you’re out on the town.

Rosemary essential oil acts as an anti-agents aroma for most spiders. This great oil assists with getting the bugs far from your family when you use it right now bug shower.

Additional tip: rosemary plants themselves can be valuable for getting bothersome bugs far from the harvests developing in your vegetable garden.

Lemon essential oil is another natural bug repellent. It can even help ward insects off, which makes it extraordinary on an outdoor trip (see these essential oils to welcome on an outdoor trip).

Simply be careful that citrus oils cause photosensitivity, so you would prefer not to use lemon oil on skin that will be presented to the sun. In this way, it’s ideal to use this oil under attire or when the sun has set. If you need to substitute another oil for the lemon, read more about using essential oils to stop bothers.
