For the cookie:

- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp butter flavoring (optional)
- ½ cup sprinkles (I prefer to use the jimmies/logs)
For the filling:
- ¾ cup marshmallow cream (Fluff)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
