If your family is anything like mine, you ate a ton of corn this summer. Between corn on the cob, peach and cream corn, and Mexican grilled corn, the possibilities for cooking with corn are practically endless. The only downside to corn? Removing the husks and silk that come with it. That’s where this great method comes in!

Directions:
Step 1: Put the corn on a plate and microwave for 8 minutes.
Step 2: At the end where the stalk is, cut off the tip about 1″ above the last row of corn kernels.
Step 3: At the uncut end, hold the corn while shaking and squeezing it at the same time. The corn will come right out without the husk and silk.
