Pepper Chicken Stir Fry

This Pepper Chicken Stir Fry recipe is ridiculously easy to make with ingredients that you already have in your pantry. Fast, full of flavour and best served with some steamed rice.

Ingredients : 

For the Marinade
  • 4 Chicken Breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons light Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground Black Pepper
For the Stir Fry
  • 1/4 cup Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch divided
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil divided
  • 1 large Onion cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 4 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 inch piece Ginger finely chopped
