“Here is Grandmas Revani – we love it”

INGREDIENTS

  • eggs – 5 pcs.
  • sugar – 10 tbsp.
  • semolina – 7 1/2 tbsp.
  • flour – 7 1/2 tbsp.
  • FOR THE SYRUP
  • sugar – 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • water – 2 cups (500 ml)

HOW TO COOK

Beat the eggs with a mixer, until it has thickened. Then add a little sugar. Beat well with the mixer.

Add the flour and then the semolina.

The prepared mixture is poured into a pan lined with baking paper or greased with oil and floured.

Bake it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 25-30 minutes.

Once you remove it from the oven, leave it cool. When it has completely cooled, cut it.

For the syrup:

Put the sugar in pot and bring the water to a boil. Then pour it over the cut revani.

Leave it to absorb the syrup and serve it.
