In a medium bowl, combine mince, egg,nutmeg, breadcrumbs, pepper, salt, and onion. Mixture will be soft. Form meat into thin patties. Put the boiled egg in center of each patty and fry them in a hot oil…put aside to cool while u prepare your gravy or sauce.
