The proper way to make garlic butter shrimp and cauliflower rice

Directions

  1. Cook the cauliflower rice as prescribed in the instructions, then put it aside and keep it warm
  2. Rinse the shrimp using clod water and remove the tails
  3. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat
  4. Add in the garlic and let it sauté for 3 minutes or until its color becomes golden brown
  5. Stir lightly to avoid burning
  6. Add in the vegetables
  7. Cook for 5 minutes or until it becomes tender
  8. Add in shrimp and start stirring frequently for 2 minutes or until the shrimp becomes pink
  9. Add in the rice and mix well until everything is well combined
  10. Add in the cheese, parsley, pepper, almond milk, and salt
  11. Start stirring and reduce heat from medium to low
  12. Remove from heat, spoon everything in a serving dish
  13. Add in parsley to garnish
  14. Serve and enjoy.
