The proper ways to make turmeric bombs
- In a glass bowl, mix raw honey with ground turmeric
- Start stirring until the blend becomes as consistent as peanut butter (Add in more honey or turmeric if needed)
- Roll into the biteable size and transfer to the cookie sheet covered with parchment paper
- Freeze for 2 hours
- Transfer the rolled balls to an alternate container and keep them in the freezer
PS: If you don’t like the taste of honey, then you can use softened coconut oil and make sure to freeze the turmeric bombs on a cookie sheet so that they become hard before consuming them.
