Cornbread is simply bread made with cornmeal and it’s usually leavened by baking powder. - Set your oven to 375°F and prepare your baking dish.

HOW TO MAKE IT :
- First of all, set your oven at 375°F and get your 10-inch baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray (you can also use any other pan you have).
- Take a big bowl, combine together all the dry ingredients (cornmeal, white sugar, salt, baking soda, all-purpose flour); and in a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients (melted butter, buttermilk, eggs).
- Whisk together the two mixtures with a wooden spoon for 4 minutes.
- Pour the batter in the baking pan or dish then bake for 40 minutes.
- Serve warm with preferred sides!
