“This orange sponge cake is a delight for the senses”
INGREDIENTS
- eggs – 4 pcs.
- flour – 10.5 oz (300 g)
- sugar – 5.3 oz (150 g)
- fresh orange juice – 2/3 cup (150 ml)
- oil – 2/3 cup (150 ml)
- baking powder – 2 tsp.
- grated orange peel
- orange jam
HOW TO COOK
Beat the eggs and sugar into a fluffy egg cream and add the remaining products one after the other, by stirring gently with a pastry spatula.
Bake the orange sponge cake at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven, until it’s ready.
Spread the baked sponge cake with orange jam on top.
The result is a wonderful orange sponge cake!
