- Cabinets
Depending on the type of cabinets in your home, some stains will be more visible than others. For wood-grained cabinets, dirt on the cabinets is usually not very noticeable.
If the cabinets do not go all the way to the ceiling, the top sill is another place to check for dirt buildup.
To make cleaning easier, use an all-purpose cleaner or degreaser (you don’t need a lot of different products) and wipe down kitchen and bathroom cabinets. You may be surprised how dirty they can get at least it did for me!
- Oven.
The stove is a great place to clean. However, the inside of the oven is often overlooked because it is out of sight.
You can deep clean your oven without using harsh chemicals. It feels great to cook with a clean oven.
- Electronics
Dust and dirt adhere to TVs, computers, and keyboards. Areas that can be cleaned with a microfiber cloth are cleaned, and the inaccessible areas of keyboards are cleaned with compressed air.
Personal electronic devices such as tablets and cell phones are another area that is often forgotten to clean. These are high-touch items that collect a lot of germs, so why not incorporate them into your regular cleaning routine?
- Light switches
Speaking of frequently touched areas, light switches are also often overlooked, but they are an area that should be cleaned on a regular basis.
Use your multi-purpose cleaner or disinfecting wet wipes to clean them regularly.
Add any areas you have forgotten to clean to your to-do list.
To deep clean, add these areas you forgot to clean to your checklist. Dust and grime will be eliminated and your appliances will last longer.
If you don’t like to clean, combine it with something you love to do and it will become a more enjoyable task and you will actually look forward to it.
