6. Chamomile tea
Chamomile tea can treat coughing and sneezing because of its anti-inflammatory ad antimicrobial properties.
7. Orange
If you sneeze in the morning because of allergens, then you might want to eat an orange or drink orange juice in breakfast to prevent morning sneezing (the vitamin C can lower the amount of histamine in the body which results in gradual sneezing prevention).
8. Peppermint oil
Peppermint is full of antibacterial properties that give it the ability to treat stuffy noses and sneezing effectively. To make full use of it mix two glasses of water with 6 drops of peppermint essential oil, boil it, then inhale the steam.
