INGREDIENTS
- eggs – 6 pcs.
- vanilla sugar – 1 tsp (5 g)
- flour – 7 oz (200 g)
- baking powder – 2 tsp (10 g)
- apples – 3 pcs.
- sugar – 5.3 oz (150 g)
HOW TO COOK
Beat the eggs with the vanilla sugar with a wire whisk. Add the sugar and stir.
Add the flour and baking powder and stir.
Cut the apples into cubes and add them to the apple cake mixture.
Pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake the economical sponge cake at 360°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
Once it cools down, decorate the easy apple sponge cake as you like.
