I remember one time I went to a friend’s house and her mother made a very delicious pie in my honor, and I fell in love with it from its smell only, and when I tasted it I couldn’t believe that such awesome taste existed. Fast forward a couple of weeks I asked my friend about the pie and she said that its name is simply ham, cheese, and egg crescent pie and I was so confused because I couldn’t find a way until recently, that is why I decided to share it with you.
To make this pie you will need:
  • 1 container of crescent rolls
  • 4 eggs
  • A cup of sliced ham
  • A cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Half a cup of cooked and chopped bacon

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350 °F, then start unrolling the crescent roll dough and try not to pull apart at the diagonal seams and start pinching the seams together to close, and separate the dough to four rectangles. Once done, put it on a baking sheet and make sure that it’s lined with parchment paper.

Use your fingers to roll the edges of every rectangle a little bit to make a small barrier that will prevent the egg from escaping. When you finish doing that, crack an egg into every piece of dough, then start sprinkling bacon, cheese, and ham on top in layers, but make sure to avoid covering the egg yolk.

Start baking for 15 to 20 minutes until you start noticing a golden brown. Once done, sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley and serve.

Enjoy!
