  • 2 (14-ounce) cans stewed tomatoes

REMAINING INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound ziti
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
  • 8 ounces sliced Provolone, cut into strips
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
