HOW TO MAKE IT :

INSTRUCTIONS

CRUST

  1. Mix Oreo crumbs and butter. Press the cookie crumbs into the bottom of a parchment-lined springform pan.
  2. Spread most of the hot fudge sauce over the Oreo crust, reserving 2 tablespoons of hot fudge for drizzling.

PIE FILLING

  1. Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 15-second intervals, until melted, about 60-90 seconds.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the heavy whipping cream and melted chocolate and beat until smooth and fully combined (3-5 minutes).
  4. Spoon the chocolate mixture into the pie crust, over the hot fudge layer.
  5. Drizzle caramel over the chocolate mixture, reserving 2 tablespoons of the caramel sauce for drizzling on top of the pie.
  6. Spread whipped topping over the caramel sauce. Drizzle extra hot fudge sauce and caramel sauce over the whipped topping.
  7. Sprinkle with the pieces of peanut butter cups.
  8. Place pie in the freezer for at least 1 hour before serving.
