INGREDIENTS

  • carrots – 3 pcs. (medium – sized)
  • eggs – 3 pcs.
  • sugar – 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • flour – 8 oz (220 g)
  • milk – 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • baking powder – 2 tsp. (10 g)
  • butter – 2.5 oz (70 g)

HOW TO COOK

The carrots are cut and blended in a blender into not very small pieces. They can also be grated on a coarse grater.

Put the carrots, flour, sugar, baking powder in a bowl and mix.

Add the lightly mixed eggs and milk.

After stirring, add the melted warm butter.

The mixture is poured into a suitable mold, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.

Bake it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 45 minutes.

Once the dessert cools down, it is sprinkled with powdered sugar.
