Cinnamon Rolls Ooey Gooey

About Icing:

   – 1/3 cup unsalted butter
   – 1/2 cups powder sugar
   – 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
   – 1 tsp vanilla extract and a nip of salt

Directions:

1/  About 4.5 minutes to dissolve the yeast in the hot milk.

2/ Put the sugar, butter, salt, and eggs in the bowl of the blender and mix them with the flour and let the yeast and milk mixture run over the flour and roll out the dough until smooth (one hour of fermentation).

3/  Add the brown sugar/cinnamon to the bowl.

4/  Roll out the dough to 16 inches by 13 inches and spread the butter on top,
Spread evenly on the dough and sprinkle with the cinnamon/sugar mixture.

5/  Cut the dough into medium slices and place the slices in a greased pan and
cover with a towel for another 35 minutes

6/  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

7/  Place the tray in the oven for less than 30 minutes until golden.

8/  Combine the glaze ingredients from each roll and enjoy!
