I’ve seen tiny mobile homes made from old school buses, vans and even the occasional horse trailer. However, I can safely say that I’ve never seen an old ambulance converted into a motorhome, until now! This young couple bought an old ambulance and converted it into a stunning and unique little house on wheels.

One of the most interesting aspects of this ambulance-turned-cottage is that the couple used as much recycled material as possible. In fact, the wood paneling was made from their old fence.

Pretty roomy for an old ambulance, right?

There’s even a two-burner gas cooktop, sink and industrial-inspired faucet.

The bottle caps lining the kitchen wall are pretty cool.
And yes, there’s even a small bathroom!

Climb a small ladder and you’ll find yourself in a surprisingly spacious bed (even with a TV mounted on the wall next to it!).

This couple’s stunning transformation proves that with a little creativity and effort, you can make a beautiful project .
