“We can never go with just one piece of this wonderful tiramisu with biscuits”
INGREDIENTS
- biscuits – 30 pcs.
- mascarpone – 1.1 lb (500 g)
- cream – 1 cup (250 ml)
- coffee – for dipping
- powdered sugar – 5 tbsp.
- liqueur – 1 tsp.
- cocoa – for sprinkling
HOW TO COOK
In a bowl, mix the mascarpone, the cream, the powdered sugar and the liqueur and beat all the products well.
Grab a cake tin with a removable bottom and start assembling the tiramisu.
Dip the cookies in the coffee and arrange one row, then add cream and so on, until you run out of cream.
Sprinkle it with cinnamon and leave it in the refrigerator to harden.
The tiramisu with biscuits and mascarpone is ready.
