- 3 1/2 Cups Whole Milk
- 8 Ounce Cool Whip
- 2 14.4 Ounce Boxes Graham Crackers

- 6 Tablespoons Whole Milk
- 6 Tablespoons Cocoa
- 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
