INGREDIENTS
- hake – 3.3 lb (1.5 kg)
- salt
- black pepper
- corn flour – 3.5 oz (100 g)
- wheat flour – 3.5 oz (100 g)
- lemons – 1 pc.
- oil – 2 cups (500 ml)
HOW TO COOK
The hake is cleaned, washed and cut into pieces, if necessary.
Sprinkle the fish with salt and black pepper on all sides.
In a bowl, combine the two types of flour and mix.
Each piece of hake is rolled in the flour mixture.
Fry them in heated oil and arrange them on a wire rack or paper to drain the excess oil.
The fried fish is served with fresh lemons.
