Ingredients :
For the crust:
- 1 box yellow cake mix (just the dry mix)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
For the filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
For the topping:
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar, for topping
