How to take Epsom salt bath for body detoxification.
- Adults between 60 to 100 lbs: A cup of salts.
- Adults between 100 to 150 lbs: 1 & 1/2 cup of salts.
- Adults between 150 to 200 lbs: 2 cups of salts.
- Kids beneath 60 lbs: 1/2 cup of salts to a standard bath size.
Things you can add
- 7 drops of essential oil
- 1/2 cup of salt
- 1/2 cup of spirulina, mixed with a little bit of warm water.
Make sure that you don’t use soap when using Epsom salt because it disrupts the detoxification process and disturbs the work of the minerals.
Why add in spirulina, you may ask? Well, it is known that spirulina is great when it comes to getting rid of metals from the body and renewing nerve tissues.
