• 3 cups Peaches ; peeled and sliced
• pinch Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
• 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
• 2/3 cup Sugar
• Butter ; as required
• 1 ea Pillsbury pie crust
