How To Get Those Orange Stains Out Of Your Plastic Containers

Most of us have a drawer in our kitchen full of tupperware containers of various sizes. Not only are Tupperware perfect for packing meals, but they’re also great for storing leftovers. However, if you’ve ever stored anything with ketchup in a plastic container, you know that getting rid of those stains is not easy. And it’s not very nice to see a stained Tupperware, is it?

Luckily, there are many ways to remove these stains.

1. Baking Soda

Make a paste with water and baking soda. Apply a generous amount of paste to the stained areas of the plastic container. Let it stand for a few hours and then rinse the container. Then wash and dry as you normally would.

2. Distilled Vinegar

Make a solution of equal parts of distilled vinegar and water. Pour the solution into the container and leave it to soak for a few hours. When the time is up, drain the solution, then wash and dry it as you normally would.
