- 2 cans of organic full-fat coconut milk
- A pinch of sea salt
- A tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 4 large dates, pitted
- A dash of cinnamon
To make the coconut ice cream, let the cans of coconut milk sit in the for a whole night. The following day, put the ingredients in a high-speed blender and start blending until the mix becomes smooth. Now, put your blend in a large bowl, then freeze it for 4 hours until it becomes firm, then start stirring every hour with a fork.
