I honestly think my husband would eat steak and potatoes every single night of his life if I let him. However, the rest of us wouldn’t like that too much! Thankfully, I found a creative alternative that makes for a great substitute every once in a while. And so, the recipe I’m about to share with you today is for stuffed mashed potatoes!
TheCooknShare graciously shared a recipe for mashed potato balls stuffed with ground beef, corn, peppers, tomatoes, onions, and some other spices and basic ingredients. You basically just cook up the ingredients, shape the potatoes into balls, add the ground beef mixture into the center, shape the rest of the mashed potatoes around the mixture, and fry the balls in a frying pan for a few minutes
This would be a great weeknight dinner to serve up with a salad on the side. It would also be a great dish to bring to a potluck, family get-together, or to serve as a party appetizer. Another great thing about this recipe is that it surprisingly isn’t difficult to throw together. And it doesn’t require any crazy ingredients.
So without further ado, Thanks for sharing, TheCooknShare! I’m really excited to make this dinner for my family this week – and to share with friends when eating together at fun gatherings!
