For Your Safety:
We all had kitchen accidents, who does want them to happen anyway? No one!
So for your safety, I advise you to:
- Make sure to cover all sharp edges (pop a wine cork to the edges), or store all knifes upside down in a countertop knife block.
- After chopping your veggies, use the back of the knife instead to transfer food.
- Make sure to place your cutting board on a towel to prevent it from sliding.
Random Advices
- If you were a fan of cookbooks, using a laptop stand made my life easier! I used to worry about messing the pages up before knowing this tip!
- If you’re wasting too much time on removing seeds, I got your back sister! An ice cream scooper is the safest and easiest way to get rid of all seeds.
- You hate peeling fruits? Put them in the microwave for 20 seconds, your fruits will peel quickly.
- Keep your plastic wraps in the refrigerator, you’ll thank me later!
- If you were a yellow banana lover, make sure to cover its end (the end of the bunch) with a plastic wrap.
- To prevent your brown sugar from hardening, add an orange peel to the container (it will keep it soft).
Hope these tips would be useful for you ladies. Enjoy collecting hacks, advices and why not cooking quotes? <3
