6) Avoid refined carbohydrates
Diabetes and Alzheimer’s disease are linked, that is why you should regulate your intake of sugar in the form of refined carbs. Refined carbohydrates are considered sugars and staches that comes in the form of natural whole foods. Sweet potatoes and fruits have good sugars while pasta and juice boxes have bad sugars. Make sure to eat more fruits and vegetables, seafood, whole grains, and fresh meat and limit your intake of bad junk food.
7) Get smart
