Directions:

  • – In a slow cooker, mix the onion soup mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and your gravy mix.
    – Smudge everything together.
    – Season your pork chops from both sides.
    – Place them in your slow cooker
    – Try to spread your pork chops out and cover them with your gravy mix.
    – Cover and cook on low about 4-6 hours.
    – Before the pork chops are cooked, whisk the corn starch and cold water together in a bowl.
    – When your corn starch and water mix is smooth, pour it in with your pork in the slow cooker and stir everything together carefully.
    – Switch the slow cooker to high and cover it, let cook for 30 minutes until the gravy has thickened.
