- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup finely chopped peanut butter cups
- 1 Tbsp flour
For the Peanut Butter Frosting:
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- ⅓ to ½ cup heavy cream (depending on your peanut butter thickness)
