This method is actually a mode or a form of acupressure. You can also use another pressure point in your hand called THE HIDDEN VALLEY that can be found in the fleshy skin between your forefinger and thumb. The pressure point can be activated by cradling your hands and pressing the knuckles of your left hand gently into the center of your right hand’s palm. Use your left hand’s thumb to press the soft part under the web between the forefinger and thumb for 3 minutes, then repeat the same exact steps for the other hand.
