7. Cranberry Juice

When it comes to water retention, there’s no famous that has the same popularity as cranberry juice, probably because of its diuretic purposes and richness in minerals like calcium, potassium, and magnesium that help the body maintain a good fluid balance. All you have to do is drink a cup of unsweetened cranberry juice once a day.

8. Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy can help you drain out excess fluids and toxins because it stimulates the lymphatic system. Make sure to add 20 drops of juniper essential oil, cypress essential oil, and geranium essential oil in a warm bath, then soak in it for at least 10 minutes 3 times a week.

9. Apple Cider Vinegar

If you have water retention in your legs, then soak your feet in a foot bath made of equal parts of warm water and apple cider vinegar for 10 minutes. Or mix a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water and drink the solution two times a day.
