Ingredients :
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup peanut butter
3 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions :
1- Start by placing some wax paper on your cookie sheet. Add sugar to butter, milk and cocoa in medium saucepan then mix them.
2- They will become rolling boil after you cook them medium heat and stir constantly.
3- It needs to cool for 1 or 2 minutes after removing it from heat.
4- Now all you have to do is add some peanut butter before stirring to blend. Then stir after adding some oats, peanuts and vanilla. The mixture should be dropped, so you need to heap teaspoons onto wax paper or foil before cooling completely. Don’t forget to store it in a dry and cool place.
