Instructions: 

1 – Mix butter/oil/sugar and powdered sugar in an electric mixer for 5 minutes until the light comes on. Add the egg/vanilla and mix for 1 minute. Add all dry ingredients and mix. Wrap it up and put it in the fridge for about 21 minutes.

2 – Preheat the oven to 180. And roll out the dough on a well-floured surface and make sure your rolling pin is floured as well. Take a back and roll carefully over the dough / Using a cookie cutter, place the dough on a buttered baking sheet and bake for 17 minutes.

3 – And cool the biscuits by turning them over. Allow the melted chocolate to cool for about 16 minutes. Place the chocolate on top of the biscuit and press it down gently.
Pour and divide!
