Simply mix 20 drops of any essential oil you like with 2 cups of baking soda, then start scrubbing the blend into your mattress using a brush, then wait for a couple of hours and vacuum thoroughly the mattress. This way you will have a fresh bed that can help you fall asleep because some essential oils like lavender can actually help you to fall asleep.
Human beings always sweat when they fall asleep, that is why after a while you start noticing yellow stains on your mattress. You can clean them up by mixing 3 tablespoons of baking soda with a drop of dish soap and 8 ounces of hydrogen peroxide. Once done, pour the blend in a spray bottle and shake again for additional mixing, then spray the areas with sweat stains and I’m sure that the results will shock you.

Then add half a cup of washing soda and the recommended amount of laundry detergent. Once the washing cycle is done, dry them in a full dryer cycle on low heat.
Some times clean up their mattress and forget about the bed linens. Blankets, duvet covers, quilts, and comforters should be cleaned as well. To clean them, simply wash them one at a time in your washing machine using a very cycle to sanitize them. Once they are dry, put them back where they belong and enjoy them nice and clean.
