Mr. Clean’s Magic Eraser is a pretty amazing thing. Simply dampen the sponge with a little warm water and the magic eraser should clean the stove top with relative ease.
- Lemon juice.
If you’re not used to using harsh chemicals in the kitchen, try lemon juice. Its acidic properties make it a great natural cleaner. Simply dab a little on the stove top, wait a few minutes, and then wipe away the stain with a sponge.
- Make a DIY cleaner
There are many natural cleaners that you can make at home. Detergent, baking soda and hydrogen peroxide are an effective combination. Simply use each ingredient separately, wait a few minutes, and then scrub with a sponge.
- Heat works wonders
Heat makes cleaning the stove easier. Sprinkle baking soda on the surface, then cover it with a few warm, soapy dishcloths. After about 10 or 15 minutes, wipe the stove with a cloth and rinse off the solution.
- Use toothpaste.
If there are only a few small stains on the stove, you can use toothpaste and baking soda on a toothbrush. Scrub the stain with the toothbrush and it should come off easily.
- Vinegar.
Mix 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda with 1 tablespoon of distilled vinegar. Apply the paste to the stove top and leave the solution on for about 10 minutes. The solution can then be wiped off with a damp cloth.
