How to treat vertigo at home

Vertigo is the most common type of dizziness that causes people to see the objects around them moving when they’re actually still and not moving. Vertigo affects many people all over the world, approximately 7 million in the United States alone. Fortunately, DR. Carol Foster discovered a way to treat vertigo at home.

Dr. Carol published a research paper that is groundbreaking when it comes to vertigo treatment because it can help so many people that are unable to get help because of vertigo itself and or because they can’t afford to go see a doctor.

Dr. Carol said: “You’re rolling over in bed and suddenly you’re hit with this incredible spinning and you see the room going around like you’re in the inside of a washing machine,”

The discovery of this method happened because Dr. Carol herself experienced positional vertigo, a very common type that happens when gravity ear sensing particles dislodge and gets into the spinning sensors.

Dr. Carol came up with the HALF SOMERSAULT MANEUVER where the affected patient puts his or her head upside down the same way as doing a somersault, then wait for a few moments before sitting back again quickly and waiting for another few moments until vertigo fades away.

Dr. Carol said: “And that causes the particles to leave the semicircular canal,”

A six-month study showed that patients loved Dr. Carol’s method more than any other method.

“I was surprised at how well it worked,” Dr. Carol said

Of course, Dr. Carol shared her discovery on the internet, luckily.

She said the following statement: “My goal in life is to basically get rid of all dizziness on the planet Earth,”

Here’s a video that goes in detail about this subject and Dr. Carol’s method:
