  • 3 medium or large baking apples (Granny Smith, Jonathan or Jonagold, Braeburn, Honeycrisp)
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • oil for frying
  • Caramel Sauce, for serving (optional)
