Grab a large bowl, then mix in it the non-fat dry milk powder with sugar, salt, baking powder, and all-purpose flour. Once done, whisk water and eggs, then add to the dry ingredients until they become moistened. Once done, fold in apples, then heat the oil to 375° in an electric skillet. Make sure to drop batter by tablespoonfuls a few at a time in the hot oil. Fry them until they become golden brown for one and a half minute on each side, then drain on paper towels. Once done, roll the warm fritters in sugar before serving them warm.
