Cheryl just whipped up this Bacon Cheddar Bay Biscuits Chaffle Recipe and shared it with the Low Carb Inspirations community!
The only ingredient you might not be able to find at the store is the Oat Fiber. Don’t confuse this with regular oats. This is a fiber and totally keto friendly. This is the secret ingredient that makes it taste like real bread!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Oat Fiber
3 strips of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 Egg, beaten
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1 T Bacon Grease, melted
1 1/2 T Kerrygold Butter, melted
1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Smoked Gouda Cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp Swerve Confectioners
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 T Parsley, dried
1/2 T Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
