  • 1 tspsalt
  • 8 ozelbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 2 Tbspbutter, room temperature
  • 4 ozcream cheese (1/2 brick), room temperature
  • 1/8 cblue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cAsiago cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cMunster cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cmild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cextra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2/3 cMonterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 chalf & half creamer (or combination of heavy cream & whole milk)
  • 1 largeegg
  • 1/2 tspseasoned salt
  • 1/16 tspground black pepper
  • TOPPING
  • 1 Tbspbutter, melted
  • 1 cherb seasoned croutons, crushed
  • 1/8 cgrated Parmesan, Romano & Asiago cheese blend (shaker container type)
