- 1/2 cextra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2/3 cMonterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 chalf & half creamer (or combination of heavy cream & whole milk)
- 1 largeegg
- 1/2 tspseasoned salt
- 1/16 tspground black pepper
- TOPPING
- 1 Tbspbutter, melted
- 1 cherb seasoned croutons, crushed
- 1/8 cgrated Parmesan, Romano & Asiago cheese blend (shaker container type)
