Chicken Alfredo Extravaganza


Embark on a journey of culinary delight with our rendition of the timeless classic – “Chicken Alfredo Extravaganza.” This recipe takes the beloved combination of golden-brown seasoned chicken breast, fettuccine pasta, and a luscious Alfredo cream sauce made with heavy cream and freshly grated Parmesan cheese to new heights.



  • 2 large chicken breasts, pounded evenly
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Fettuccine Alfredo:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream, warmed to room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

  5. Add the fettuccine noodles to the Alfredo sauce. Cut the chicken into thin slices and add it to the pasta. Season with more salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Optionally, sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
