6 thinly sliced chicken breasts
1 container of green onion cream cheese
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 large package of sliced mushrooms
1 small bag of fresh baby spinach
1 pinch of Weber herb and garlic seasoning
1 pinch of pepper
8 oz of grated mozzarella cheese
In a 9×13 skillet, put the chicken in a single layer, with spinach and mushrooms on top. Then sprinkle the condiments on top.
Soften the cream cheese and beat it in olive oil and chicken broth. Pour in the mixture. Place a piece of aluminum foil over the top but do not seal it.
Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes, remove foil and bake uncovered for another 20-25 minutes, then sprinkle Motz Cheese on top and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes or until it begins to brown. Cool for 10 minutes and serve.
